Bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. What if having your Bars run (receiving a session) could allow you the ease, the joy and the space to choose something greater in your world, and to change anything that is not working for you? Jamie went through an early 20-year period working with horses. “I had a knack for working with troubled horses, who were misunderstood or needed special attention. It was empowering for me to be around them, because I felt totally accepted in their presence. In retrospect, I can see they were there to heal me.” Another 20-year period followed of seeking spiritual & transformational inner growth. The many twists and turns along that pathway led Jamie to Bars Facilitation, which has now given him a language and process for connecting more dynamically with all beings.
