Return and Refund Policy

Crystal Essence does not issue cash or credit card refunds. Non-sale and non-discounted merchandise may be returned in its original condition and with a receipt within two weeks of purchase date for exchange or Crystal Essence store credit.

*Please note that we need a receipt to process any return or exchange

*Crystal Essence’s POS (point of sales system) does not keep a record of credit card numbers, therefore we CANNOT look up a sale with a credit card number. 

Returned items must be in the condition in which they were purchased in order for the store to accept the return.

• Sale items, special orders, mail orders, online orders, and layaways cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Cosmetic and body care items, and body jewelry (i.e. nose rings, etc.) cannot be returned.
• Card decks and tarot cards cannot be returned unless unopened with plastic seal still intact.
• Clothing must have all original tags attached, and cannot carry any noticeable scent or wear or tear.
