Tips on How to Raise Your Vibration

1.  Gratitude – Express gratitude and be thankful for all that you have, and find things to be thankful for everyday

2.  Mindfulness – Mindfulness helps raise your vibration and improve your well-being through mediation, setting intentions, or being in the moment.

3.  Tranquility – Make room in your living space to create areas with positive energy and tranquility.

4.  Clear Clutter – cluttered spaces = cluttered mind

5.  Exercise – Physical activity helps ground you and releases stress & endorphins, which increases vibration.

6.  Journal – Writing will allow you to release negative thoughts onto paper, so your vibration can rise.

7.  Be Social – Spending time with friends and/or family offers the chance to express your feelings without judgment.

8.  Self Care – It’s important to make time to do good things for yourself AKA “Put your Mask on First”.  Get your nails done, have a massage, take a walk in the woods, take a nice bath, read a book.  If you don’t take care of yourself, you have nothing left for others.

9.  Get Some Sun – Vitamin D is important for mood, and the absorption of other key vitamins and minerals, just don’t forget the sunscreen!

10.  Seek Joy – Do things that are fun and make you laugh, afterall “laughter is the best medicine.”

11.  Cleanse – Clear yourself and your spaces regularly with Sage, Pala Santo, or Moonwater.  Smudging is an ancient practice used by many cultures to clear negative energies from spaces.

12. Moon Water – Moon Water is made by leaving a covered clear container of water in the light of a new or full moon. The water absorbs the healing energies of the light and can be used to drink or bath in.
